Services
Cameron Ashley provides web design and development services, including WordPress and Shopify websites, custom web applications, SEO, and maintenance. Specific scope, timeline and pricing are agreed per project in writing before work begins.
Quotes & payment
Quote validity, deposits, milestones, hourly work where applicable, and final payment terms are set out in each project agreement before work begins.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide required content, feedback and access in a timely manner, and that you own or have rights to all materials (text, images, logos) you supply for the project.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing terms are set out in each project agreement. Third-party assets such as platforms, themes, plugins, stock imagery and fonts remain subject to their own licenses. Client work, names, results and visuals are displayed publicly only when the applicable permission has been recorded.
Revisions & changes
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in its agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately before proceeding.
Liability
While every site is built and tested with care, services are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
